Description

  • Own the end-to-end sales process from inbound qualification through close.
  • Navigate SMB buying cycles by identifying decision-makers, urgency, and next steps.
  • Run 5-10 new demos per day while progressing opportunities in an active pipeline.
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline with strong structure, prioritization, and momentum.
  • Lead discovery, demos, and closing conversations with a consultative, customer-first approach.
  • Clearly communicate Blinq’s value proposition and customer journey to SMB prospects.
  • Maintain high-quality pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline.
  • Share customer insights and feedback to inform product and go-to-market decisions.
  • Represent Blinq’s mission, values, and brand in customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or a high-growth startup.
  • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to navigate fast-moving sales cycles.
  • Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to uncover customer needs and tell compelling stories.
  • A disciplined, detail-oriented approach to pipeline management, with comfort multithreading when required.
  • Confidence engaging multiple stakeholders and helping SMB buyers reach aligned, timely decisions.
  • Highly organized with strong qualification instincts and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Adaptable, growth-minded self-starter who takes ownership of development and seeks feedback.
  • Collaborative teammate who values trust, feedback, and building something great together.
  • Bonus points for familiarity with HubSpot.
