Description

  • Own the commercial strategy for a portfolio of Mexico Enterprise renewal accounts each quarter.
  • Lead the full renewal cycle, including quoting, negotiation, internal approvals, and deal closure.
  • Secure favorable renewal terms while minimizing financial attrition and churn.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and share customer insights back with the broader business.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records and provide clear pipeline and scenario forecasting.
  • Partner with CSMs, AEs, Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance to resolve complex terms and reach agreement.
  • Prioritize and manage a portfolio that includes high-value, multi-stakeholder accounts.
  • Act as a market expert on the Mexico business landscape, local competitors, and regional trends.
  • Build trust with customers and articulate renewal value to executive and operational stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of territory health and drive retention targets with a business-owner mindset.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle closing or strategic renewals experience, specifically managing Enterprise Mexico accounts.
  • Proven track record of managing $3M+ in quarterly quota with deal sizes above $300k.
  • Experience navigating the Mexico business landscape.
  • Ability to manage multi-stakeholder save cycles and handle complex procurement and legal requirements.
  • Expert proficiency in Salesforce and a disciplined approach to pipeline management.
  • Experience prioritizing a book of business while handling strategic work on large anchor accounts.
  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to articulate ROI and operational value to different stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in a high-performance, competitive sales environment.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to resolve custom terms and close agreements.
