Description

  • Refine Go To Market processes to improve sales velocity, revenue potential, and customer retention.
  • Define, build, and maintain data products and automations using Power BI, HubSpot, and Excel.
  • Design reporting and visualization controls that reduce revenue leakage and discrepancies.
  • Translate business requirements into data models, technical specifications, and implementation timelines.
  • Develop BI solutions from backend data preparation through front-end user experience in Power BI.
  • Identify key measures and KPIs that support business decision-making.
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze Go To Market performance to surface drivers, trends, and improvement areas.
  • Own the end-to-end commissions process from design through execution.
  • Work with Go To Market leaders to quantify market opportunities and support resource planning, sales campaign management, and target attainment.
  • Partner with sales leaders and Finance on annual sales planning, account tiering, quota development, revenue reporting, and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Data Analytics, or FP&A supporting Go To Market functions.
  • 5 years of experience with data modeling for reporting.
  • Post-secondary degree in Finance, Analytics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Power BI experience is preferred.
  • SQL experience is preferred.
  • Experience with an ETL tool is preferred.
  • HubSpot experience is preferred.
  • Experience with architecture, administration, and troubleshooting in Microsoft-based infrastructure and productivity environments.
  • Ability to scope and implement business needs, think strategically, challenge the status quo, and work independently with strong accountability.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
