Description

  • Acquire and develop trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major institutional and VIP clients.
  • Expand existing client relationships through consistent communication and a strong understanding of client needs.
  • Build key customer service processes and systems, including management rules and customer tracking.
  • Analyze user behavior to identify hidden needs and produce key customer analysis reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored client service solutions and product feedback.
  • Attend and host events to attract new customers and grow the client portfolio.
  • Work remotely as part of a global team serving clients across multiple regions.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales and client services, preferably in an international financial background such as banking, investments, or FX sales.
  • Sales experience in customer acquisition/origination with clear sales KPIs.
  • Experience managing a client portfolio that includes institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Experience working autonomously within a sales team.
  • Experience working with regional sales teams and attending/hosting events to acquire new customers.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Passion for crypto; industry experience is an advantage.
