Description

  • Meet or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
  • Build and maintain subject matter expertise in the scientific and clinical information for Encaleret and ADH1.
  • Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials and a customer-centric approach.
  • Analyze sales and targeting data to identify growth opportunities and address territory risks.
  • Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with targeted HCPs, medical staff, key personnel, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Anticipate business challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions to address them.
  • Maintain proficiency in selling skills, clinical knowledge, market knowledge, and the territory business environment.
  • Represent BridgeBio professionally and ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations, policies, and Pharma guidelines.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • 4+ years of experience in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology.
  • Rare disease experience is highly preferred.
  • BS/BA required; MBA preferred but not required.
  • Track record of successfully launching new products and/or new indications in highly competitive or new markets.
  • Strong leadership, planning, organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute against a plan.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority internally and externally.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience using remote technology and AI to engage customers and analyze business opportunities.
  • Ability to travel significantly across a large geography.
  • Field-based position ideally based in Indianapolis, IN and covering Indiana, Lexington, KY, and Louisville, KY.
