Description

  • Act as a strategic partner for major client accounts.
  • Drive client growth through upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee client strategy and ensure campaigns align with business goals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline internal processes.
  • Increase client satisfaction while helping reduce churn.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to support account success.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of account management experience at a digital ad agency, ideally in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of growing client accounts and increasing revenue.
  • Experience with Google Ads, including Google Search Ads.
  • Experience working with US clients.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining client success.
  • Working knowledge of advertising technologies, programmatic media, AI-driven marketing, and performance analytics.
  • Preferred: experience in media planning and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
  • Preferred: experience managing accounts in healthcare or dental industries.
  • Preferred: bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Preferred: experience managing and motivating a team.
