Description

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B or B2C sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead follow-up.
  • Conduct consultative sales calls, virtual demos, and service consultations tailored to client needs.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline across the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and activity-based KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and results in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality, follow up on campaigns, and align messaging.
  • Research prospects and personalize outreach using tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, and relevant directories.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and client feedback to improve sales strategy.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships and represent the company’s wellness offerings professionally.

Requirements

  • 18 months or more of experience closing sales in the Wellness or Healthcare industry.
  • Additional background in Customer Service, BPO, or Account Management roles is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record in consultative selling and managing full sales cycles.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is required.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and activity-based KPIs.
  • Tech-savvy, organized, results-oriented, and detail-oriented.
  • Willingness to work in US time zones including PST, EST, and CST.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Stable high-speed internet connection of preferably 25 MBPS or higher, with backup for outages.
  • Own PC or laptop with at least 8GB RAM and a Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher.
  • Compatible system setup including Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer, updated browsers, security software, and 500GB/128 SSD storage.
  • Headset or earphones with noise cancellation and a webcam with 720p or higher resolution.
  • Dedicated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions.
