Description

  • Reach out to potential B2B clients via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to start conversations and book qualified meetings.
  • Run outbound cold calling campaigns on behalf of clients from various industries.
  • Represent multiple companies and help grow their sales pipelines through proactive outreach.
  • Craft personalized messages and tailor communication to different audiences.
  • Build relationships with prospects through follow-ups and effective objection handling.
  • Track campaign results, share insights, and contribute ideas to improve performance.
  • Use HubSpot, Expandi.io, Reply.io, Instantly, Google Workspace, and Calendly to stay organized and efficient.
  • Participate in team and client calls, primarily with the US and European markets.
  • Collaborate closely with researchers, account managers, and content specialists on dedicated project teams.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as an SDR or in a client-facing role.
  • Strong background in lead generation and managing multiple campaigns is preferred.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Comfort working with clients across European and US time zones.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to solve problems thoughtfully.
  • Comfort using sales tools, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and adapt across different industries and projects.
