Description

  • Prospect into established companies and high-growth organizations across assigned regional markets.
  • Generate a consistent flow of qualified pipeline opportunities each quarter for the Account Executive team.
  • Build relationships with department heads, project leaders, and IT stakeholders by understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Use outbound channels such as email, phone, LinkedIn, and video to start conversations and create interest.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to refine regional messaging and identify new opportunity areas.
  • Use Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, and AI tools to manage activity, forecast pipeline, and maintain lead quality.
  • Stay current on regional industry trends and share field feedback to inform go-to-market strategy.
  • Engage as the first point of contact for prospective customers and multi-thread into key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of sales experience, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong prospecting skills and enthusiasm for outbound engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly across different professional levels.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach or Salesloft, Sales Navigator, and AI tools.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a high-ownership, low-ego team.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Other languages are a plus.
