Description

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospects evaluating Wing.
  • Run high-volume outbound outreach across calls, email, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Tailor outreach to each prospect’s goals, business model, and needs.
  • Partner with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos.
  • Conduct discovery to assess fit, pain points, timing, and stakeholder map.
  • Collect prospect data from conversations, the web, and other sources.
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and current CRM records.
  • Stay current on the AI, staffing, and outsourcing landscape and share market feedback with internal teams.
  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments, scheduled demos, and pipeline generated.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years of outbound sales experience in SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or a similar role.
  • Confidence communicating value clearly on the phone and in writing.
  • A reliable home/remote work setup and self-discipline to work independently.
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach, including 50+ touches per day.
  • Strong CRM discipline with accurate data, notes, and stage updates.
  • A strong work ethic, competitiveness, and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to track numbers, understand conversion rates, and use feedback to improve.
  • Nice to have: experience selling AI, SaaS, staffing, BPO, or outsourced services.
  • 4-year degree preferred but not required.

Benefits

  • Salary of $40,000 to $50,000 per year.
  • On-target earnings of about $20,000 to uncapped commission.
