Description

  • Grow, lead, and manage the Azul North America sales team.
  • Recruit, hire, and train sales representatives.
  • Coach direct reports on strategies that improve sales performance and results.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quota expectations.
  • Represent Azul at conferences, customer events, and partner events.
  • Accurately report sales activity, success metrics, and forecasts.
  • Ensure adoption and compliance with standard sales processes and sales tools.
  • Develop and manage channel opportunities to support future growth in North America.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a sales vice president or equivalent role.
  • Demonstrated success leading North America sales teams at high-growth software companies with annual revenues of at least $100 million.
  • Experience selling enterprise software in both start-up environments and mid- to large-enterprise software companies.
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performance sales teams.
  • Proven track record of driving strong sales results against target plans.
  • Strong sales management fundamentals, including sales methodologies and team selling.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
  • Proficiency with prospecting and funnel-building tools and techniques.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
