Description

  • Own the post-sales customer relationship and serve as the primary liaison between customers and Azul.
  • Run onboarding sessions for new customers and provide welcome materials, training links, and resources.
  • Set customer expectations for migration, health checks, business reviews, and renewals during onboarding.
  • Schedule the first business review during onboarding and lead ongoing customer communications throughout the lifecycle.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute welcome meetings, regular check-ins, and formal Azul Business Reviews with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and the Renewal Sales Specialist.
  • Track customer support interactions, cases, and downloads to build risk profiles and maintain health scores in SFDC.
  • Maintain customer intelligence and internal data systems, including SFDC and Clari.
  • Escalate customer requests, questions, and issues to the appropriate internal teams in a timely manner.
  • Drive customer participation in security reviews and other Azul-sponsored meetings.
  • Work with sales and renewal teams to identify renewal risk, reduce churn, and uncover expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or a Sales Engineer role.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Experience in a technical role, preferably in software or a complementary industry.
  • Experience engaging with prospects and customers in person, virtually, and by email.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Java/JVM, performance tuning, and application deployment models, preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Clari, and data-driven success metrics.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
