Description

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients after the initial sale.
  • Create growth plans for the assigned client portfolio and drive account expansion.
  • Manage the financial aspects of the client portfolio, including contracts and budgets.
  • Identify new client needs and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Deliver persuasive business presentations to key stakeholders, including executive-level contacts.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to maintain engagement and support retention goals.
  • Advise clients on system adoption, business processes, and best practices for using Borealis.
  • Analyze client adoption levels and define next steps with relevant stakeholders.
  • Work directly with the SaaS platform to produce reports and KPI insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope needs, brief Project and Technical teams, and support delivery of additional services.
  • Provide Product and Account Directors with client feedback to help align the roadmap and support strategic accounts.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken; Portuguese or another third language is an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in administration (BBA) or another relevant field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or solution consulting.
  • 2–3 years of experience with SaaS or CRM solutions is preferred.
  • Strong technical and computer software background in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience growing and maintaining client accounts, negotiating contracts and budgets, and scoping client requests.
  • Excellent communication skills, including comfort speaking directly with clients by phone.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work with diverse international clients.
  • Availability to work atypical hours and adapt to clients’ time zones.
  • Ability to manage multiple subjects simultaneously with flexibility.
