Description

  • Manage and grow revenue and market share across designated agencies while maximizing customer satisfaction and strategic outcomes.
  • Develop, maintain, and deepen senior-level client relationships to support revenue growth.
  • Create and execute account strategies in collaboration with the account team.
  • Track customer activity in internal systems to support account planning and identify new opportunities.
  • Cultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery across assigned accounts.
  • Understand customer business needs, workflows, and contact networks to improve account coverage and satisfaction.
  • Bring in internal experts and specialists when needed to support complex customer needs.
  • Oversee all activities across the book of business and own the overall account relationship.
  • Forecast account performance, share timely updates with management, and gather competitor intelligence.
  • Provide customer product training as needed and manage the individual expense budget.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful customer-facing Software (SaaS/Cloud) sales experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a book of business for major accounts.
  • Experience with solution or consultative sales in complex sales processes.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM for data management (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Cloud and SaaS.
  • Ability to travel 70% or more, including overnight travel.
  • Ability to clearly explain complex solution offerings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Startup experience and some vertical industry experience.
  • Law enforcement or public safety experience.
  • Ability to collaborate regularly with cross-functional team members.
  • Willingness to own and drive the territory.
  • Legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment may be required for some roles.
