Description

  • Manage a portfolio of golf course customers and maximize their value from the Lightspeed platform.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to increase product usage, promote add-ons, and expand adoption of Lightspeed Golf modules.
  • Identify churn risks and support adoption of new product launches.
  • Define customer success criteria and coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Services, Support, and Product.
  • Serve as an escalation point for issues raised by larger customers.
  • Lead customer experience initiatives that improve CSAT and NPS.
  • Identify opportunities for reference accounts and marketing case studies from the customer portfolio.
  • Maintain regular portfolio reporting and track customer health and satisfaction metrics.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by relaying product requests to the appropriate teams.
  • Provide best-practice guidance on POS and management, and conduct scope calls when needed before sale.

Requirements

  • Experience managing an extended and complete sales cycle.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Passion for working with customers, understanding business needs, and helping improve business performance.
  • Bilingual English and French, spoken and written, is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with major corporations and maintaining SLAs.
  • Knowledge of and passion for the golf industry.
  • Consultative, analytical, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and organized.
  • Results-driven and metric-driven mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a sense of adventure.
