Description

  • Own the full renewal lifecycle for a defined portfolio of customers, including quotes, pricing discussions, co-termed or consolidated agreements, and closing renewal deals.
  • Maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline and deliver 30/60/90-day renewal forecasts.
  • Document renewal risks, key dates, approval needs, and customer engagement steps for standard renewal motions.
  • Identify expansion opportunities such as additional modules, tiers, and seats, and coordinate execution with Sales.
  • Monitor account health using usage trends, support history, and customer sentiment.
  • Lead executive business reviews and quarterly business reviews focused on business outcomes, license utilization, and renewal planning.
  • Escalate adoption or implementation issues to Customer Success Managers or Professional Services when needed.
  • Share feature updates and best practices that help customers realize value from the platform.
  • Partner with Legal, RevOps, Finance, Sales, and Channel teams to manage non-standard terms, approvals, and commercial escalations.
  • Capture customer feedback for product and leadership teams and contribute to process improvements, enablement content, and team best practices.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Renewals, or Account Management within B2B software/SaaS.
  • Experience in ITSM/ESM, Endpoint, or Security is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated commercial ownership with proven achievement of GRR and renewal targets.
  • Experience negotiating within pricing and term guidelines.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to lead EBRs/QBRs.
  • High analytical rigor with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven risk assessment.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience using Salesforce, CPQ, customer success platforms such as Gainsight, Totango, or ChurnZero, and BI dashboards.
  • Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
  • Working knowledge of SaaS value metrics and familiarity with Ivanti Neurons, ESM, Endpoint & Security, Exposure, or Network Security is preferred.
  • Nice-to-have certifications include ITIL Foundation and customer success certifications.
  • Exposure to structured deal or negotiation frameworks such as MEDDICC is a plus.
