Description

  • Manage and grow revenue and market share within designated law enforcement agencies.
  • Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and execute account strategies in collaboration with the account team.
  • Track customer activity in internal systems to support account planning and uncover opportunities.
  • Cultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery across accounts.
  • Understand customer business needs, workflows, and contact networks within each account.
  • Coordinate with specialists and subject matter experts as needed.
  • Oversee all activities across the assigned book of business.
  • Own account relationships and drive overall customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare forecasts, share account intelligence, provide marketing feedback, and manage individual expense budgets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful customer-facing SaaS or cloud sales experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years managing a book of business of major accounts.
  • Experience with solution or consultative selling in complex sales processes.
  • Data management experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM, preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cloud and SaaS.
  • Ability to travel 70% or more, including 3-4 days per week on the road and overnight travel.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Startup experience and some vertical industry experience.
  • Law enforcement or public safety experience.
  • Team-oriented approach with regular collaboration across multiple functions.
