Description

  • Manage and grow revenue and market share across designated law enforcement agencies.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and execute account strategies with the account team to strengthen value propositions.
  • Track customer activity in internal systems and use insights to identify new opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships within accounts and ensure effective service delivery.
  • Understand customer workflows and build a strong contact network inside each account.
  • Coordinate with internal experts and specialists as needed to support account goals.
  • Oversee all account activity for the assigned book of business and own the customer relationship.
  • Prepare forecasts, communicate account status to management, and gather competitive intelligence.
  • Provide customer product demonstrations and training when necessary.
  • Manage the individual expense budget for the territory.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of successful customer-facing software sales experience, including SaaS or cloud.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing a book of business for major accounts.
  • Experience with solution-based or consultative sales in complex sales processes.
  • Data management experience using Salesforce, preferred, or a similar CRM.
  • Strong understanding of cloud and SaaS technologies.
  • Ability to travel 70% or more, including overnight travel and 3-4 days per week on the road.
  • Ability to clearly explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Startup experience and some vertical experience are preferred.
  • Law enforcement or public safety experience is preferred.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate regularly across functions.
