Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account and territory plans.
  • Manage and grow enterprise and mid-market client accounts.
  • Prospect new and existing contacts to achieve quota and increase pipeline.
  • Deliver professional sales pitches and presentations to prospects and clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Create personalized value propositions and prepare accurate proposals.
  • Negotiate, close deals, and manage annual contract negotiations.
  • Handle objections and challenges throughout the sales cycle.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market activity, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with client success and internal teams to maximize repeat business and service quality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience closing complex six-figure-plus deals.
  • Experience in brand-to-demand, demand generation, and digital media.
  • Demonstrated success driving substantial revenue growth from both incumbent and net-new accounts.
  • Ability to craft and implement sophisticated account and territory plans.
  • Experience diagnosing client needs and designing tailored business solutions.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating complex contracts with win-win outcomes.
  • Strong performance in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Ambitious, confident, inquisitive, and adaptable working style.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in Australia at hire and throughout employment.
  • No employer work visa sponsorship or support is provided for this role.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary of AUD $85,000–$100,000.
  • Total annual compensation including commission up to AUD $138,000–$158,000.
