Description

  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing.
  • Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure strong product fit.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and accurate forecasts in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Partner with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and improve funnel conversion.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, and sales best practices.
  • Build strong relationships within the PSAP ecosystem and public safety market.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in inside sales or full-cycle closing roles, ideally in SaaS or technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a commitment to exceeding goals.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Comfort with handling objections, complex conversations, and feedback.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, sales automation tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Team-oriented and able to work in a collaborative, high-velocity environment.
  • Fully remote within the United States, with up to 50% travel for customer meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
