Description

  • Serve as the primary solution consultant and technical contact for prospective and existing clients.
  • Partner with Account Executives to understand client challenges and tailor technology solutions.
  • Research industry trends and develop deep market insights.
  • Customize and deliver software demonstrations aligned to specific client business requirements.
  • Advise clients on broader, more effective ways to address their processes and challenges.
  • Maintain and configure demonstration environments to showcase product value.
  • Support responses to RFIs, RFPs, proposals, client meetings, and marketing events.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on client needs and expectations.
  • Monitor competitive products and industry developments to inform sales strategy and product development.
  • Gather client feedback and report sales consulting activity, insights, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance, with focus on risk management, policy management, and hotline compliance.
  • Fluent Spanish (native or near-native proficiency) and business-level English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales consulting, risk advisory, or equivalent skills development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Experience using multiple AI tools to quickly build knowledge and support core job functions.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Expert user of Microsoft Office Suite with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to network and build relationships within the industry.
