Description

  • Lead a team of T1200 Account Executives covering Axon’s most strategic State and Local Law Enforcement accounts.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop high-performing sales talent while building a strong performance culture.
  • Set expectations for territory planning, pipeline hygiene, prospecting, and ecosystem selling.
  • Run regular 1:1s, field rides, and deal reviews to coach the team toward outcomes.
  • Build and execute the go-to-market strategy for the T1200 segment aligned to Axon’s priorities.
  • Define account segmentation, coverage models, and territory design to maximize growth and customer impact.
  • Drive multi-product, multi-year enterprise agreements that expand Axon’s ecosystem within agencies.
  • Own forecast accuracy, bookings performance, and quarterly/annual segment targets.
  • Establish pipeline standards and lead operating cadences such as QBRs, weekly forecast calls, and deal strategy sessions.
  • Serve as executive sponsor on major opportunities and renewals, while coordinating cross-functional deal teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise or strategic sales, including 5+ years leading frontline sales teams.
  • Proven success leading high-performing sales teams in complex, multi-product environments; SaaS, hardware + software, or public sector technology is strongly preferred.
  • Experience selling to public sector or SLED customers, ideally State and Local Law Enforcement or adjacent public safety markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed multi-million-dollar bookings and revenue targets through team leadership.
  • Experience guiding teams through long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and formal procurement processes.
  • Ability to structure multi-year, multi-product agreements that balance customer outcomes and company growth.
  • Strong operational discipline in pipeline management, forecasting, and territory planning.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills, with comfort presenting to C-level leaders, elected officials, command staff, and executives.
  • High learning agility with the ability to quickly understand and coach others on a full technology ecosystem.
  • Legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment may be required for some roles.
