Description

  • Manage a team of Sales Directors to achieve individual and team quota.
  • Run and manage the full sales cycle, including quoting, negotiating, and closing complex transactions.
  • Build executive-level relationships with key prospects to support new customer wins.
  • Track daily and weekly activity, pipeline, forecasts, and closed deals to drive above-quota results.
  • Develop the Southeast US market and maintain relationships with current and prospective partners.
  • Lead weekly and monthly pipeline reviews, one-on-ones, team meetings, mentoring, and training sessions.
  • Develop and implement corporate objectives scorecards with management to maintain sales team productivity.
  • Attract, hire, coach, onboard, and retain top sales talent.
  • Serve as a change agent by helping define new models and processes to grow the business.
  • Collaborate closely with Presales, Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams to support customer success.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of field and remote sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding quota.
  • Senior-level sales leadership experience with a strong management track record.
  • Experience selling networking and/or security solutions in a highly competitive B2B market.
  • Enterprise sales experience selling to C-level and technical buyers.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing an individual contributor sales team.
  • Channel recruitment and enablement experience with a demonstrated record of channel sales success.
  • Strong ability to forecast sales results accurately.
  • Strong contract negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills in highly team-oriented sales organizations.
  • Willingness to work hard to drive exceptional results.
  • Start-up experience is preferred.
  • Experience selling cloud-based solutions is preferred.
  • Computer Science or Engineering degree, or equivalent work experience, is a strong advantage.

Benefits

  • Remote work from a home office.
  • Base salary range of $350,000 - $420,000.
