Description

  • Lead and scale a sales team of managers and sales professionals across the NordiLux region.
  • Directly manage first-line managers and help them coach and develop Account Executives.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train top sales talent in partnership with HubSpot’s recruiting, learning, and development teams.
  • Drive achievement of sales targets through new customer acquisition and expansion within the first year.
  • Refine the focus on higher-end customers and prospects in the upmarket segment.
  • Build and improve co-selling motions with partners to maximize customer value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales operations, customer success, product, and regional teams across EMEA, the Americas, and JAPAC.
  • Use metrics and business trend analysis to refine sales objectives and design new go-to-market strategies.
  • Help design and roll out the go-to-market strategy using a data-led approach.
  • Create an inclusive team environment that builds trust and empowerment.

Requirements

  • Experience leading sales teams in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven experience leading leaders, including first- and second-line management.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills with a track record of hiring, developing, and mentoring teams.
  • Experience selling to the B2B Mid Market segment in the NordiLux market.
  • Deep understanding of customer values, needs, and goals with a customer-first approach to process design.
  • Experience creating an inclusive team environment that fosters trust and empowerment.
  • Regular presence in the Dublin office is required.
