Description

  • Identify and engage industrial companies and training centers as target customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and needs analysis through solution presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Use CRM tools to track customer interactions, maintain sales funnels, and generate accurate forecasts.
  • Monitor and optimize the sales pipeline to support revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies and institutions.
  • Provide ongoing customer support and act as a trusted advisor to drive satisfaction and success.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to align offerings with customer needs.
  • Provide customer feedback to help improve products and services.
  • Report on sales activity, pipeline progress, and performance metrics to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial sectors or the education/training industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and achieving sales targets.
  • Expertise in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel creation and management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
  • Proactive, self-motivated mindset with a focus on results.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Germany for client meetings and industry events.
