Description

  • Own and optimize CRM and sales operations, including pipeline structure, lead lifecycle, data hygiene, SLAs, and inbound workflows.
  • Enforce CRM discipline across the sales team through training, audits, and corrective actions.
  • Build structured reporting and dashboards to monitor funnel efficiency and sales performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team through regular feedback, performance reviews, and goal setting.
  • Participate in recruiting and training new team members so they align with company priorities and values.
  • Manage high-volume inbound lead flow to ensure fast response times, strong lead handling, and balanced workload distribution.
  • Continuously optimize lead distribution to improve efficiency, conversion, and team output.
  • Own call quality and communication standards, including call review, objection handling, and deal-loss analysis.
  • Develop supporting communication channels such as SMS and email.
  • Use data and metrics to identify issues, launch improvements, and increase conversion and revenue per rep.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of relevant sales experience with a strong background in sales execution and revenue growth.
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience leading and developing sales teams.
  • Proven hands-on ownership of targets, pipelines, and sales performance.
  • Strong experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar, including daily use, reporting, and pipeline control.
  • Experience managing inbound sales, preferably in a B2C or high-volume environment.
  • Experience leading teams of 5+ Sales Reps.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with call-based sales models.
  • Fluent English for working with U.S.-based clients.
  • High level of involvement in day-to-day sales operations.
  • Experience scaling inbound sales teams (preferred).
  • Proven success improving conversion rates (preferred).
  • Familiarity with call tracking and call scoring tools (preferred).
  • Background in fast-growing or high-volume sales environments (preferred).
