Description

  • Own full revenue generation for a defined portfolio, territory, or set of accounts.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans that support sustainable growth and align with company goals.
  • Prospect outbound and build self-sourced pipeline, while also managing inbound opportunities.
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from first outreach through contract close.
  • Engage owners, executives, and senior operators at attractions and venues to advance deals.
  • Create and manage sales forecasting, KPI reporting, and pipeline health analysis.
  • Present sales performance insights and growth strategies to the executive team.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and manage pipeline activity using AI-driven sales workflows.
  • Collaborate with customer success and leadership on positioning, pricing, and customer feedback.
  • Identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities and help improve sales processes and lead quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS in the entertainment industry.
  • Deep, active, and current network within the attractions and entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record as a strong outbound hunter who personally creates and closes pipeline.
  • Demonstrated success in highly autonomous or senior sales roles.
  • Comfort leading technical, product-driven, and consultative sales conversations.
  • Executive presence and credibility with C-level and senior operational leadership.
  • Active, hands-on use of AI in daily sales workflows.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel globally for industry events, trade shows, or team meetings, with a valid passport, driver’s license, and ability to rent a vehicle.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Builds long-term trust and understands client pain points.
  • Self-starter mentality and ability to work with or without explicit direction.
