Description

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads and uncover business needs.
  • Introduce and sell the company’s new AI-powered product to lodging businesses.
  • Maintain accurate lead activity and engagement records in the CRM.
  • Use CRM tools to track performance and optimize outreach strategy.
  • Act as a product expert and trusted advisor on the system’s capabilities.
  • Provide feedback from the field to help shape the product roadmap.
  • Communicate product and service value to stakeholders across the hospitality ecosystem.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in new business development or sales hunter roles is essential.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or hospitality tech is a big plus.
  • Hospitality sales experience, especially selling to lodging businesses or sales software solutions, is highly advantageous.
  • Curiosity about AI technology; experience with AI-driven solutions is a plus.
  • Experience using CRMs such as HubSpot or similar tools.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a strong hunter sales mentality.
  • Quick learner who can absorb industry knowledge and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with autonomy.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US.
