Description

  • Generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting and research in the German market.
  • Research target companies and build a sales pipeline through prospecting and lead follow-up.
  • Initiate conversations with CFOs, CIOs, finance heads, tax heads, and IT heads.
  • Create personalized outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and calling.
  • Represent the company and pitch its products to prospects.
  • Maintain accurate lead, activity, and conversation details in CRM.
  • Nurture warm prospects and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and sales representatives.
  • Refine outreach strategies and deepen product knowledge to improve effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Native or bilingual German proficiency and professional-level English.
  • 1-2 years of experience in outbound cold calling for the German market.
  • Experience working with IT/software organizations or selling software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hustle attitude and curiosity to learn new things.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM is preferred.
