Description

  • Manage all aspects of the customer relationship within assigned accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for business development.
  • Develop and execute account sales and expansion strategies in partnership with the Global Account Manager.
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Customer Support, Product, Engineering, and Finance to support customer needs and close opportunities.
  • Engage customers to understand their business needs, uncover pain points, and align Avero’s platform to their goals.
  • Analyze key metrics and business drivers to identify conversion, upgrade, and expansion opportunities.
  • Create sales materials such as presentations, sound bites, and testimonials to support deal closure.
  • Maintain strong communication with customer success teams to execute on secondary sales opportunities.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, and customer opportunities to identify new ways to increase sales.
  • Ensure customers receive high levels of sales and operational excellence.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a hospitality SaaS environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry; specialization in hotels, restaurants, or casinos is a plus.
  • Ability to sell an app and technology-based platform.
  • Experience building relationships at all organizational levels, including with C-level and technology leaders.
  • Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent listening, presentation, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and respond quickly to customer needs.
  • Ability to actively listen and manage conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of the Avero platform and Salesforce/CRM is a plus.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Must be a permanent resident (green card holder) or U.S. citizen.
