Description

  • Assist with client onboarding, including demos, migrations, and first-touch support.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Communicate rates and billing processes to customers.
  • Audit and update CRM records for accuracy.
  • Identify accounts where the product is underutilized and flag opportunities.
  • Analyze customer satisfaction and revenue trends to assess product performance.
  • Work with Sales, Customer Support, and Account Management leadership to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide high-level customer support, document solutions, and de-escalate issues.
  • Track and communicate software feature requests and route issues to the right teams.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products to the client base.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service or account management experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and make decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain flexible to team needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good follow-through and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively without supervision.
  • Comfort with Google Docs, Drive, Sheets, Excel, Jira, email, dashboards, KPI tracking tools, and customer support ticketing systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in the entertainment or ticketing industry is a plus.
  • Occasional travel to meet clients and attend trade shows is a plus.
  • Experience with HubSpot or another CRM is a plus.
