Description

  • Facilitate discovery and requirements sessions across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product.
  • Translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and evaluate solution trade-offs.
  • Align stakeholders, resolve cross-team conflicts, and proactively manage scope, timelines, and expectations.
  • Document current-state processes and identify automation and workflow improvement opportunities.
  • Own UAT, including test scripts, business reviewers, defect triage, and deployment sign-off.
  • Manage the Jira backlog, sprint planning, daily standups, follow-ups, action items, and release notes.
  • Triage Salesforce support requests through Slack, route issues, and keep stakeholders informed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a BSA, Revenue Operations, or Salesforce-adjacent role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience facilitating requirements sessions and writing user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Ability to navigate competing stakeholder priorities and resolve cross-team conflicts.
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills.
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Agile sprint management experience with Jira.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ/NUE, NetSuite, or Boomi preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate during core working hours across a distributed U.S. and Ontario-based team.
