Description

  • Support future-state process design for New Product Setup workstreams in Appian.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and eliminate inefficient process steps.
  • Drive field rationalization and improve field usage and governance.
  • Develop recommendations for standardizing processes across regions and ERP systems.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify current-state pain points and improvement opportunities.
  • Document ways of working that enable consistent and scalable process execution.
  • Collaborate with product owners to incorporate improvements into backlogs and delivery plans.
  • Facilitate cross-functional sessions to align on process changes.
  • Reduce downstream rework by improving process clarity before development begins.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business process improvement, process design, operational transformation, or a similar role.
  • 5+ years of experience simplifying workflows and improving processes in complex environments.
  • Experience gathering stakeholder pain points and translating them into practical improvements.
  • Experience working in agile environments and supporting requirements readiness for iterative delivery.
  • Experience with cross-functional business process initiatives preferred.
  • Experience with regional or multi-ERP process standardization preferred.
  • Experience with master data, product setup, or enterprise workflow processes.
  • Familiarity with structured process improvement or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, analytical problem-solving, organizational, and issue management skills.
