Description

  • Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM business processes, notifications, alerts, condition rules, validations, and related settings.
  • Maintain Workday security roles and assignments while supporting SOX compliance and security best practices.
  • Manage the HRIS support queue, resolve system issues, identify root causes, and recommend process improvements.
  • Lead projects that translate business requirements into Workday solutions across modules such as Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, Benefits, Performance, and Absence.
  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
  • Create, execute, and troubleshoot EIB integrations for data imports, exports, mass updates, and business operations.
  • Evaluate, test, and recommend adoption of new Workday release functionality.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, testing, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM business processes and administering security at a public company.
  • Experience managing an HRIS support queue or responding to end-user support requests.
  • Proficiency creating, executing, and troubleshooting Workday EIBs.
  • Experience with Workday standard and advanced reporting and calculated fields.
  • Understanding of HR business processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a US hub or remotely within the United States.
