Description

  • Engage business stakeholders to understand objectives, economics, processes, constraints, and key decisions.
  • Structure ambiguous business problems into hypotheses, analyses, and decision frameworks.
  • Explore and interpret data to identify patterns, insights, and business implications.
  • Use GenAI, Agentic AI, analytics, and low-code/no-code tools to prototype solutions rapidly.
  • Coordinate data scientists, engineers, domain experts, product teams, and AI agents as needed.
  • Communicate findings in clear business language and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate recommendations into measurable outcomes.
  • Experiment with emerging AI and technology capabilities to improve decision-making.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business analytics, strategy or management consulting, commercial analytics, operations, supply chain, finance, marketing/customer analytics, product management, or a similar decision-oriented environment.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Prior Retail or CPG industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical orientation and hands-on comfort with data.
  • Ability to progress from business question through hypothesis, analysis, insight, and decision/action.
  • Ability to challenge assumptions constructively and operate effectively with ambiguity.
  • Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
  • Working familiarity with Excel, SQL, BI/visualization tools, and/or Python.
  • Hands-on interest and aptitude in GenAI, AI agents, and emerging productivity or development tools.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and bring together business, analytics, technology, and specialist teams.
