Description

  • Work closely with operational leadership to maintain effective property marketing efforts that support overall leasing goals.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and strategy for the assigned portfolio using centralized support and vendor services.
  • Analyze leasing and marketing performance and prepare reporting for operational leadership and clients.
  • Recommend and help implement short-term and long-term goals with timelines, benchmarks, and KPIs.
  • Participate in regular calls with operational leadership and clients to review marketing performance.
  • Provide leasing and marketing training, guidance, and best practices to onsite teams.
  • Create marketing ideas and campaigns for prospects, resident referrals, resident events, and social media to drive qualified traffic.
  • Develop 30-60-90-day marketing action plans for properties that are not meeting occupancy goals.
  • Travel as needed for internal meetings, estimated at 5% of work time annually.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing support or a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with online digital marketing platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Preferred: 1-3 years of marketing experience supporting marketing manager responsibilities, including paid digital media, marketing strategy, and data-driven decision making.
  • Preferred: Experience in real estate property management.
  • Preferred: Experience with property management software such as Yardi, Onesite, or Entrata.
  • Preferred: Experience with industry-related CRMs such as Rent Dynamics or Knock.
  • This is a safety-sensitive position and may be subject to additional compliance requirements.
