Description

  • Build and scale the partner ecosystem by identifying, qualifying, onboarding, and growing relationships with DMS providers, automotive CRMs, OEM programs, reseller networks, dealer groups, and adjacent technology partners.
  • Develop and execute a partner sourcing strategy aligned with Viova’s expansion roadmap across dealerships, multi-rooftop groups, fleet operators, and automotive service chains.
  • Create repeatable partner onboarding playbooks, including qualification criteria, integration scoping, and launch readiness checklists.
  • Drive commercial impact through referral programs, reseller agreements, co-marketing initiatives, and joint go-to-market campaigns.
  • Track partner-sourced pipeline, revenue contribution, and partner performance metrics to measure business impact.
  • Support partner sales enablement by equipping channel partners and resellers with positioning, materials, and training.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to scope, prioritize, and manage integration timelines from requirements through testing and launch.
  • Serve as the main point of coordination between external partners and internal teams to keep integrations and launches on track.
  • Own ongoing partner relationships through regular check-ins, QBRs, performance reviews, and escalation management.
  • Maintain partner CRM records, documentation, internal playbooks, and structured market feedback for leadership and roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales within B2B SaaS or automotive technology.
  • Experience working with dealer groups, OEM networks, or automotive technology companies and understanding dealership-level decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to source, negotiate, and close partnership and reseller agreements.
  • Strong project coordination skills for managing multiple integration workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Ability to build partner programs, playbooks, and processes from scratch.
  • Clear, confident communication and relationship-building skills across technical and business audiences.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and API-based integrations.
  • North America based, with the ability to engage dealer group decision-makers and automotive tech partners across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Direct experience with automotive retail technology such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Tekion, DealerSocket, service scheduling tools, automotive CRMs, or OEM technology programs is preferred.
  • Experience selling into or partnering with multi-rooftop dealer groups or automotive service chains at the enterprise level is preferred.
  • Familiarity with fixed operations workflows, including service scheduling, BDC operations, and service advisor processes, is preferred.
  • Experience with marketplace or platform ecosystems where integrations drive distribution is preferred.
  • Familiarity with modern CRM and partner management tools such as HubSpot or similar is preferred.
  • Experience in a high-growth or early-stage SaaS environment where you built the motion is preferred.
