Description

  • Identify and build relationships with Web3 startups, venture funds, and emerging ecosystems to source launchpad opportunities.
  • Conduct due diligence, tokenomics reviews, and multi-factor project scoring for prospective blockchain projects.
  • Support negotiation and structuring of partnership and IDO agreements.
  • Manage deal flow from initial outreach through IDO completion using CRM and internal coordination tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing, legal, operations, and tech teams to prepare projects for launch, including documentation, audits, compliance, and campaign planning.
  • Represent ChainGPT Pad and DegenPad at industry events, online communities, and venture networks to grow visibility and attract projects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or deal sourcing within Web3 venture capital, launchpads, or related environments.
  • Proven track record supporting Web3 token launches, partnership initiatives, or strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of tokenomics, FDV, project valuation frameworks, and Web3 partnership structures.
  • Deep knowledge of Web3 ecosystems, including Layer-1s/L2s, DeFi, AI, GameFi, and community dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Existing network among VCs, launchpads, and high-tier projects is preferred.
  • Experience in project due diligence, investment analysis, or fundraising advisory is preferred.
  • Previous experience at a launchpad, accelerator, or Web3 venture fund is preferred.
