Description

  • Own the full-cycle sales process from prospecting and discovery through demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Build pipeline through targeted outbound, events, partnerships, and network leverage.
  • Sell into complex organizations with cross-functional buying committees including IT, procurement, and finance.
  • Expand the business into new verticals and geographies beyond the initial beachhead market.
  • Use AI tools and automation to drive high-volume outbound and streamline prospecting, personalization, call prep, and follow-up.
  • Analyze customer conversations with AI to identify buying signals and inform go-to-market strategy.
  • Refine ICP, positioning, and talk tracks based on what converts in the market.
  • Capture buyer feedback and partner with product and engineering to shape the roadmap.
  • Create the sales playbook and enable future hires such as SDRs, AEs, and partners.
  • Help shape the commercial organization and scaling plan as the company grows.

Requirements

  • 6–12+ years in B2B SaaS revenue roles with full-cycle closing experience.
  • Proven ability to create pipeline and close deals, not just manage inbound leads.
  • Experience selling into complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and procurement processes.
  • Active, demonstrated use of AI tools in a sales workflow.
  • High ownership, structured execution, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • Experience in higher education, public sector, healthcare, or other regulated environments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ITSM, ITAM, SAM, or procurement/vendor management concepts (preferred).
  • Experience launching a new product or building a go-to-market motion from scratch (preferred).
  • Partner or channel experience with associations, consultants, or resellers (preferred).
