Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build, manage, and grow key customer relationships across enterprise accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.
  • Conduct solution presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing in alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
  • Provide leadership within the commercial team by mentoring junior sales colleagues.
  • Represent MPS Monitor and Nexera at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Track sales performance, pipeline metrics, and forecasting in CRM tools.
  • Own the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting through long-term account management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or technology sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and consultative selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience managing or mentoring sales teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is preferred.
  • Strategic mindset with analytical and forecasting skills.
  • Experience selling into regulated or complex B2B sectors is preferred.
