Description

  • Conduct sales calls and product demonstrations to present the product or service and address prospect questions and objections.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects by understanding their businesses, challenges, and goals.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs, pain points, budget, and overall fit for the company’s offerings.
  • Manage the sales pipeline in CRM software and maintain accurate records of interactions, activities, and deal progress.
  • Prioritize leads and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals by navigating budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with the success team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth lead handoff and a cohesive sales strategy.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback and market insights to the marketing and product teams to improve sales approach and product offerings.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Development Representative or in a similar sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for managing leads and sales activities.
  • Ability to quickly understand customer needs and tailor the sales approach accordingly.
  • Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps and the ability to support work during a power outage.
  • Desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor.
  • Minimum 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor and remains functional during power interruptions.
  • A functioning webcam and a noise-canceling USB headset.
  • A quiet, dedicated home office space and a smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
