Description

  • Support the execution and optimization of affiliate marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Coordinate affiliate onboarding logistics and ensure new partners receive training, education, and brand materials.
  • Manage internal affiliate communications and keep program guidelines, content, and performance expectations current.
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for affiliate inquiries, troubleshooting issues and sharing campaign assets and performance feedback.
  • Support outreach, gifting, virtual events, product education sessions, and incentive campaigns to strengthen partner engagement and retention.
  • Identify and compile lists of prospective affiliates and practitioners aligned with ARMRA’s brand values.
  • Conduct outreach via email and direct messages to recruit qualified partners into the affiliate and practitioner programs.
  • Track outreach efforts, success rates, pipeline progress, and campaign participation.
  • Maintain affiliate dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, revenue, and engagement.
  • Compile weekly and monthly performance reports and collaborate with internal teams and the affiliate agency to align campaigns with launches and brand moments.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing; CPG or wellness brand experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a people-oriented approach to partner relationships.
  • Proficiency with Google Drive, Slack, and affiliate platforms such as ShareASale, Superfiliate, or similar tools.
  • Comfort with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LTK, as well as current influencer trends.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Experience supporting influencer, marketing, or customer experience teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Impact, TikTok Shop, and ShopMy is preferred.
  • Full-time availability, Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm EST, with remote work flexibility.
