Description

  • Review and approve quote amendments, ensuring pro-rata billing and contract alignment are handled correctly.
  • Verify deal structures so sales activity is reflected accurately for quota credit and commission calculations.
  • Lead the administrative build for larger bids and complex contracts.
  • Maintain accurate sales data in Salesforce and audit records to keep opportunity lines unblocked where appropriate.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to improve pricing and contract processes and reduce administrative work.
  • Act as the primary commercial bridge for Finance, resolving customer issues that are blocking payment and helping close aged debt.
  • Resolve invoicing discrepancies, auto-renewal challenges, and credit note requests with sound commercial judgement.
  • Coordinate with Bid Managers on large tender opportunities to support operational response requirements.
  • Prioritise workload and manage multiple sales teams and conflicting requests effectively.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a Senior Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or Commercial Contracts role.
  • Ideally experience within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce; CPQ experience is a distinct advantage.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to handle complex commercial scenarios and debt-related queries with minimal guidance.
  • Exceptional ability to explain contractual or system issues clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to make autonomous, sensible commercial decisions on quotes and contracts.
  • Collaborative and effective communication skills.
  • Availability for a 9-month fixed-term contract.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
