Description

  • Serve as a power user of the Anomali Platform and help customers achieve success with the technology.
  • Own and drive the customer adoption lifecycle from onboarding through full production maturity.
  • Plan and lead QBRs and EBRs with analyst, director, and CISO-level stakeholders.
  • Translate technical usage into business value and security outcomes.
  • Identify expansion and renewal risk signals from usage data and stakeholder relationships and surface them to CSM/AE partners.
  • Address customer technical requests and proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Provide advice, guidance, and technical expertise to support successful usage and adoption.
  • Manage customer expectations while holding them accountable.
  • Track key account metrics and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with onboarding, technical support, engineering, sales, and product management to ensure smooth transitions, faster issue resolution, and customer advocacy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 3 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical customer success, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar role.
  • Experience presenting to and building trust with senior security leadership at the Director, VP, and CISO level.
  • Experience running QBRs/EBRs that connect technical adoption to business outcomes.
  • Experience in SaaS or technology companies, preferably with cybersecurity technologies and architectures such as SOAR, SIEM, firewalls, EDR/XDR, and security controls/logs.
  • Significant experience working in enterprise accounts, SecOps, and threat intelligence.
  • Expertise with at least one SIEM product such as Splunk, QRadar, or ArcSight, including implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization.
  • Strong grasp of networking concepts, operating systems, and log telemetry.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects as a lead and team player.
  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using Gainsight, Salesforce, and JIRA.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Must not now or in the future require U.S. visa sponsorship.
