Description

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers across their lifecycle to drive product adoption and long-term value.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on complex use cases for strategic customers already deployed on the platform.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to analyze client needs and shape solutions.
  • Lead complex integrations and troubleshooting, including APIs, flat files, SSO, and third-party tools.
  • Redesign platform architecture and provide high-level recommendations to maximize business impact.
  • Run solution and platform audits for existing customers.
  • Support clients through ticketing and respond to basic technical and functional requests.
  • Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery.
  • Deliver professional services to the existing customer base and through the professional services catalogue.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base and share best practices and lessons learned.

Requirements

  • 3 years of professional consulting experience, preferably in a customer-facing role such as Level 2 or 3 support, Technical Consultant, or Technical Account Manager.
  • Previous deployment experience with SaaS products, ideally in HR-related environments.
  • Project management skills.
  • Good understanding of APIs, SSO configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to adapt communication to both highly technical and less technical stakeholders.
  • Organized, structured, rational, and analytical, with the ability to manage priorities across multiple customer implementations.
  • Full professional proficiency in French, English, and German.
  • Experience working with strategic enterprise customers is preferred.
  • Enthusiasm for the company’s working environment and Convexity culture.
