Description

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle and act as a trusted advisor on complex use cases.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to analyze client needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Lead complex integrations and troubleshooting involving APIs, SSO, flat files, and third-party tools.
  • Redesign platform architecture and provide high-level technical and functional recommendations.
  • Run solution and platform audits to identify improvements and maximize business impact.
  • Support customers on functional and technical questions across active implementations and projects.
  • Deliver professional services to existing customers and contribute to the professional services catalogue.
  • Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery.
  • Share best practices and lessons learned through documentation and knowledge base contributions.
  • Work with partner ecosystems to strengthen services offered to clients.

Requirements

  • 3 years of professional consulting experience, preferably in a customer-facing role such as Level 2 or 3 support, Technical Consultant, or Technical Account Manager.
  • Previous deployment experience with SaaS products, ideally in HR-related environments.
  • Project management skills and ability to manage priorities across multiple customer implementations.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, SSO configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Solution-oriented, client-first mindset.
  • Ability to adapt communication to both highly technical and less technical stakeholders.
  • Organized, structured, rational, and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience supporting strategic or enterprise customers is preferred.
  • Enthusiasm for 360Learning’s working environment and culture.
  • Comfort working in a remote-first environment.
