Description

  • Execute university engagement plans aligned with Anduril’s hiring priorities in areas such as autonomy, embedded systems, robotics, and manufacturing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for target schools, student organizations, faculty, research labs, and university career centers.
  • Plan and manage campus events including technical talks, design reviews, lab visits, hackathons, design competitions, and career fairs.
  • Coordinate outreach, scheduling, and communication with student groups, faculty, research labs, and career services teams.
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and promotional assets for university engagements.
  • Track sponsorships, fellowships, research collaborations, and other partnership activities with accurate records.
  • Coordinate cross-functional participation from engineering leaders, alumni, stakeholders, and recruiters in campus activities.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with engineering, robotics, SAE, UAV, space, AI, and cybersecurity student organizations.
  • Support fellowship, scholarship, and student ambassador programs that raise Anduril’s visibility among students.
  • Track engagement metrics, event ROI, and pipeline conversion, and improve campus engagement playbooks and workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, university relations, campus recruiting, event management, or program coordination, preferably in a technology or high-growth environment.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining relationships with student organizations, academic departments, or technical communities.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple event timelines simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel during peak campus seasons.
  • Familiarity with engineering campus ecosystems such as robotics, hardware, and autonomy is preferred.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and comfort working directly with students and academic stakeholders is preferred.
  • A data-conscious approach to tracking event success and candidate engagement is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal engineering and recruiting teams is preferred.

Benefits

  • US salary range of $86,000 to $114,000.
