Description

Build relationships and trust with the Talent Acquisition team, cross-functional partners, and hiring stakeholders.
Coordinate high volumes of virtual and in-person interviews across multiple stakeholders and complex schedules.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and manage timely, professional communication throughout the process.
Handle candidate travel arrangements and expense processing for in-person interviews.
Schedule post-interview activities such as debriefs and reference checks.
Generate offer letters.
Contribute to data-driven improvements and ad hoc projects that enhance recruiting processes and candidate experience programs.

Requirements

C1/C2 English proficiency.
Effective communication and prioritization skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving needs.
Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
Proactive approach to resolving ambiguous challenges.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Interest in technology and artificial intelligence.
