Description

  • Own the AI use case pipeline from intake through discovery, scoping, pilot, and launch.
  • Triage incoming requests, refine problem statements, and prioritize use cases across functions.
  • Conduct current-state workflow assessments with department teams to identify AI opportunities.
  • Design appropriate solutions by selecting between off-the-shelf tools, prompt layers, vendor products, or custom builds.
  • Coordinate with functional owners, IT, Engineering, Legal, and Finance as needed to move use cases forward.
  • Lead pilot programs and production deployments while documenting baselines and measuring outcomes after launch.
  • Own the AI vendor evaluation process, including fit assessment, security and privacy review, and build-vs-buy recommendations.
  • Maintain the AI Tool Registry and prevent ungoverned AI deployments.
  • Track spend by team and provide executive visibility into cost-per-outcome and program impact.
  • Maintain a live status view of all active use cases and produce outcome reports for leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or automation delivery.
  • Direct experience moving AI or workflow automation initiatives from discovery to production.
  • Hands-on fluency with prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, tool evaluation, and governance.
  • Experience conducting workflow assessments with business stakeholders and mapping current and future states.
  • A track record of delivering outcomes measured in time saved, cost reduced, or revenue impacted.
  • Strong written communication skills for business cases, executive updates, and solution design documents.
  • Experience running an AI program across multiple functions simultaneously (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI governance in data-sensitive or PII-adjacent environments (preferred).
  • Background in cloud infrastructure, storage, or technical B2B businesses (preferred).
  • Exposure to organizational transitions such as restructures, outsourcing programs, or distributed team ramp-ups (preferred).
