Description

  • Create and advocate for clear and realistic production plans for co-development and external development work.
  • Track and manage progress against project schedules and budgets.
  • Use overall project goals to guide planning and decisions across co-development and external development.
  • Establish production pipelines and processes for third-party collaboration.
  • Iterate on production processes to improve collaboration, transparency, and delivery velocity.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Producer and other producers to align plans across development areas.
  • Support management of co-development production budgets, including staff headcount and development budget.
  • Assist Studio Operations with generating, executing, and tracking contracts and deliverables.
  • Build, grow, and maintain relationships with co-development and external development partners.
  • Ensure studio compliance with company policies and procedures while exercising independent judgment when needed.

Requirements

  • Proven game development experience in a production role.
  • Proven experience working closely with external development partners.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, social intelligence, and empathy for creative teams.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to stay results-oriented and composed under pressure.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and leading effectively without complete structure.
  • Commitment to servant leadership principles.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Excel, Confluence, Shotgrid, or equivalent production tools.
  • Experience working on a live game or games-as-a-service title.
  • Experience shipping a new IP from pre-production through launch and sustainment is preferred.
  • Experience producing teams creating competitive or social games and modes is preferred.
  • Experience importing assets into Unreal pipelines is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $156,000 to $234,000 USD for Seattle, with pay varying by geographic location and hybrid policy.
